Turkey’s Foreign Minister Meets Singapore Prime Minister

(MENAFN) Türkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan was received by Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong on Tuesday during an official trip to the Southeast Asian country.

According to the Turkish Foreign Ministry, the meeting took place in Singapore and was shared through a post on the Turkish social media platform NSosyal.

During the visit, Fidan also held talks with Singapore’s Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan, as confirmed in a separate ministry statement.

Later, he met with Singapore’s Home Affairs Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security K. Shanmugam, the ministry added.

The visit is part of broader efforts to enhance bilateral relations between Türkiye and Singapore and to discuss a range of issues of shared interest.
